These spiced rosemary maple cider nuts are an easy roasted nuts recipe perfect for snacking or noshing at a party.
The idea (and I say that only because I think I’ve had maybe 2 in my whole adult life even though I reallllly want to have them every weekend) of dinner parties sounds great. You spend all your time coming up with some awesomely delicious main dish, a cast of supporting sides and some homemade dessert that’s sure to impress your guests. You go shopping, prep everything, plan out your day in 30 minute increments before your guests arrive and then realize at 5pm you have nothing to munch on before dinner is actually ready.
That actually has happened to me one of the 2 times and I’m not proud to say what ended up on my kitchen counter was some Newman’s salsa and baked Tostitos. Slightly embarrassing.
I don’t want that to happen to you. Which is why I’m giving you these nuts today.
Slightly spicy, rosemary scented nuts with a thick, caramelized maple syrup & apple cider glaze. They take all of 20 minutes from start to finish so there will be no need for embarrassing chips & salsa incidents.
Head on over to Cara’s blog where I’m sharing the recipe today as part of her Clean Eating Cocktail Party.

I love the addition of apple cider! I'm obsessed with cider right now, and probably for the next few months. Since I love the maple-rosemary-cayenne glazed pecans I've made for brussels sprouts sautes, I'm certain I'll love these even more! Thanks!
