This Scooby Snack Shot recipe combines melon liqueur, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and cream for a tropical, nostalgic party drink. Easy to make, colorful, and perfect for any gathering!
Place shot glasses in the freezer to chill while you prepare the ingredients.
In a cocktail shaker, add the Midori Melon Liqueur, Malibu Coconut Rum, Pineapple Juice, and Heavy Cream.
Fill the shaker with ice, then shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and frothy.
Strain the mixture into the chilled shot glasses.
Top each shot with a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
If you prefer a lighter version, you can substitute the heavy cream with milk or a non-dairy alternative.
For a more tropical twist, consider adding a splash of banana liqueur, and/or adding a splash of coconut cream or coconut milk.
This could also be served in a chill glass and served as a cocktail drink.
