Almond Flour Biscuits
These almond flour biscuits are soft, tender and made with just five simple ingredients. They are naturally gluten free and low carb, making them a great addition to breakfast or a bowl of soup, stew or chili.

Ingredients

almond flour
1/3
cup
cream cheese

egg

teaspoons
baking powder
pinch
of salt
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and egg. Mix well until smooth and fully incorporated.
Add the almond flour, baking powder and salt and mix until a soft dough forms. The texture should be slightly sticky, neither too firm nor too loose.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a #20 scoop or 3 tablespoons, portion the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
