This edamame bean dip is a great alternative to hummus.

Ingredients

cooked edamame

cannellini beans

clove
garlic
zest of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lemon

cayenne pepper

loosely packed fresh parsley

tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor.
Process until combined, scraping down the sides once.
With the processor running, drizzle in olive oil slowly.
Process until smooth.
Season with salt & pepper.
