Ingredients

apples
mixture of sweet & tart, peeled, cored & chopped

pear
peeled, cored & chopped
1/2
cup
fresh cranberries
1/4
cup
honey
1
tablespoon
cinnamon
juice of 1/2 lemon
pinch
of salt
Handful of golden raisins for garnish
optional
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Cover and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Cook for about 15 minutes.
Uncover pot and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon to break down the apples.
Sprinkle in raisins if using and remove from heat.
Serve warm or cold.
