Ingredients

whole wheat pastry flour

coconut oil
melted

almond milk

maple syrup

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and grease a 9"x13" (or similar) baking dish.
Combine flours, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and apples in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together remaining wet ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the large bowl and mix together.
Pour batter into baking dish.
Combine topping ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle all over the top of the batter.
Bake for 30-32 minutes until center is set and just cooked through.
Remove from oven and let cool for about 15 minutes before cutting.
