Ingredients

water/coconut water
I like to use a mix of both

sea salt

teaspoon
calcium magnesium powder

juice
any will do as long as it's 100% juice, I like fresh orange juice the best

tablespoon
honey
optional
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a pitcher with ice and stir until the salt is dissolved.
Keep chilled.
