Get your sushi fix at home! This quick and easy tuna sushi bowl is packed with radishes, carrots, cucumber, seaweed and avocado then drizzled in a spicy avocado wasabi dressing.
6ouncesraw sushi grade tunachopped into small pieces
4radishesthinly sliced
1cucumberthinly shaved
1carrotchopped into 3 inch sections then thinly sliced
1green onionchopped
1/2California avocadosliced
2sheets dried seaweedcut into thin strips
2tablespoonsprepared pickled ginger
sesame seeds for garnish
1cupcooked white rice
For the dressing
1/2California avocado
1tablespoonpickled ginger
1tablespoonrice wine vinegar
1/2tablespoonwasabi paste
1teaspoonsesame oil
juice of 1/2 a lime
water to thin
Instructions
Place the rice in the bottom of a bowl.
Arrange the remaining ingredients for the sushi bowl on top of the rice.
Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a food processor. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary and adding as much water as needed to get the desired consistency.
