Ingredients

roasted beets

frozen wild blueberries

light canned coconut milk

banana

serving collagen peptides or 1 serving protein powder

tablespoon
toasted coconut flakes for garnish
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except coconut flakes in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with toasted coconut flakes.
Notes
Chop beets, drizzle with coconut oil and roast at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
