Steep 2 bags of your favorite bedtime chamomile tea in 1/2 a cup of hot water for 5 minutes.
Pour the tart cherry juice and tea concentrate in a small pot and add the magnesium powder. Whisk to combine. If the liquid turns a dark green, don't be alarmed. This is a natural color change that can occur when the magnesium interacts with the anthocyanin pigments in the tart cherry juice.
Add the gelatin and whisk until dissolved over low heat. If any gelatin lumps remain, strain the liquid through a fine mesh strainer.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish or silicone molds. Transfer to the refrigerator for about 2 hours until set.
Using a sharp knife, slice into squares and remove with a metal spaturla or pop the gummies out from the molds.
Keep gummies stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes
*Make sure to use tart cherry juice NOT concentrate.**Gelatin should be from an organic, grass-fed source.***The amount of magnesium powder you add will depend on how many gummies you plan to make and how concentrated you want the magnesium. For the brand linked above which is what I use, I use 20 scoops/servings (30g) so that each gummy has around 120g of magnesium glycinate.****I like Yogi bedtime tea or Medicinal Traditions Nighty Night tea. The ones with valerian root are the best!
