1teaspoontoasted sesame oil
½teaspoonminced ginger
Juice of ½ a lime
For Garnish:
Sesame seeds
Chopped green onions
Instructions
Pat salmon filet dry and cut into 1” cubes.
Whisk remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the cubed salmon, toss to coat in the sauce and set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to 6 hours.
When ready to cook, preheat the air fryer if necessary to 400°F. Place the marinated salmon cubes in the air fryer in a single layer. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping each piece halfway through. Cook in batches if needed so there is ample room around each piece of salmon for the air to flow.
Serve warm over white rice and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Notes
— If desired, the extra marinade can be boiled down into a sauce for dipping or drizzling on top.
