Ingredients

ripe banana

2% milk
chilled

water
chilled

tablespoon
honey or maple syrup

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Place the banana, milk, water, honey and vanilla extract into a blender. Blend on high speed for 1 minute until smooth.
Pour into a glass or milk bottle and let rest for 2 minutes. Enjoy immediately.
