Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Blend for about 2 minutes or until the mixture is well combined, creamy and airy.
Divide the mixture into 4 individual cups.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving for the best texture.
Top with your preferred toppings: chopped chocolate, chocolate chips or berries like raspberries, which provide a delicious contrast of flavor. Instead of using the melted chocolate IN the mousse you can also pour it on top as a chocolate shell.

Notes
-Other sweetener options include: maple syrup, monk fruit, stevia, erythritol, sugar or simple syrup.-using chocolate protein powder instead of cocoa powder will increase the protein amount in this to about 30g per serving. I use Equip chocolate protein powder.-If you're using cocoa powder instead of protein powder, I like to add vanilla extract too for some additional flavor. With chocolate protein powder, it's not as necessary.
