1/2teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoongarlic powder

1/4teaspoonblack pepper
1/4teaspooncayenne
1/4teaspoonground mustard seed
Instructions
Preheat air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, brush the avocado oil onto all sides of the chicken leg quarters.
Combine the spices in a small bowl and rub all over the chicken until fully coated.
Place chicken in the air fryer either on the trays or in the basket depending on model and roast for 20-25 minutes until skin is golden brown and crispy. Internal temperature should reach 165°F with an instant read meat thermometer.
Remove the chicken from the air fryer, let it rest at least 5 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy as desired.
