Air Fryer Mushrooms
Air fryer mushrooms are coated in a delicious savory garlic soy sauce and whole roasted to perfection in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

whole mushrooms

avocado oil
1 1/2
tablespoons
tamari
or soy sauce if not gluten-free
1/2
teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
To Serve:
lemon wedges
minced fresh parsley or other herbs
Instructions
Clean and trim stems of the mushrooms but leave them whole. Place in a large mixing bowl and drizzle avocado oil on top. Toss until well combined.
Add the remaining seasoning ingredients and toss until all the mushrooms are well coated.
Using tongs, place the mushrooms onto the trays or basket of the air fryer reserving any leftover marinade.
Air fry at 400°F for 18-20 minutes rotating trays or shaking basket halfway through.
Transfer the mushrooms to a serving dish and brush with remaining marinade before serving. Serve with sprinkling of fresh herbs and lemon wedges.
Notes
*any blend of whole mushrooms can be used. Seen here is a mix of baby portobellos (cremini) and shiitake mushrooms.
