Ingredients

large bunch fresh mizuna lettuce
washed, dried and chopped
1/2
tart sweet apple
thinly sliced into matchsticks

For the dressing

extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
Combine the mizuna, apples, raisins and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
Whisk together all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl or jar. Pour over the salad and toss until well combined.
