Ingredients
4
medium red potatoes
1 1/2
tablespoons
fresh rosemary
minced
2
tablespoons
dijon mustard
1
tablespoon
honey mustard
2
tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt & pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Grease a 9X9 or similar baking dish.
Wash and cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes.
Transfer to a bowl and toss with rosemary, mustards, olive oil, lemon and lots of salt & pepper to taste.
Transfer to baking dish and bake for about 1 hour, tossing a few times.
