Combine all ingredients except cacao nibs in a small bowl and mix together.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Uncover, stir, add more milk if necessary until desired consistency is reached.
Fold in cacao nibs.
Notes
-Oats could easily be made hot on the stove top if desired. If doing so, omit greek yogurt. Also, leave shredded coconut & almonds out and fold in with cacao nibs once oatmeal is cooked. -Regular oatmeal could be used instead of steel cut oats.
