Ingredients

small red cabbage
sliced

endive
sliced

green apple
sliced

raisins

extra virgin olive oil

dijon mustard
juice of 1/2 lemon

tablespoon
honey

tablespoons
minced shallot
salt & pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine cabbage, endive, apple and raisins in a large bowl.
In a separate small bowl whisk together remaining ingredients to form a dressing.
Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss to fully coat.
