Ingredients
flesh of 1 ripe avocado

small green chili pepper
jalapeño pepper
1/2

unsweetened almond milk
3/4
cup
vegetable broth
1/2
cup
fresh cilantro
1
small garlic clove
juice of 1 lime
salt & pepper to taste
water as needed for desired consistency
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Add water a little bit at a time as needed for desired consistency.
Transfer soup to a bowl and refrigerate until chilled.
Garnish with minced jalapeño, fresh cilantro, coarse salt and pepper.
