Ingredients

ripe banana
mashed

egg

teaspoon
vanilla extract

oats

cooked quinoa
1/4
cup
raisins

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix together the banana, egg and vanilla.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix together.
Spoon the mixture onto a greased or
silpat
lined baking sheet in heaping spoonfuls.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
