Instructions
For the Blueberry BBQ sauce
Combine all the ingredients in a small sauce pot, bring to a boil, lower heat to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes until reduced and thickened. Set aside.
For the Burgers
Combine the ground beef, garlic, onion, herbs, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix together with your hands and form into 4 patties.
Cook burgers on the grill until desired doneness.
Top with brie slices 30 seconds before burgers are done to let soften.
Place the burgers on the bun (use gluten-free if necessary), top with the blueberry BBQ sauce, bacon and arugula.
