This coconut bourbon coffee nog is a cold, creamy, spiced milk drink perfect for the holiday season. Get your booze and caffeine kick at the same time!
Combine the coconut milk and sugar in a small sauce pot over medium heat. Whisk until sugar dissolves.
Add spices to the pot and bring to a low simmer stirring frequently. Simmer on low for 5 minutes then remove from heat and let steep for 20 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks and store in jar or bottle in the refrigerator. Makes an excellent coffee creamer!

Combine the spiced milk, bourbon and coffee concentrate in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled, about 20 seconds. Strain the ice and pour into 2 glasses. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
