2tablespoonssweet thai chili sauceI use a lemongrass flavored one
1tablespoonrice vinegar
1teaspoonlow sodium soy saucetamari or coconut aminos
1teaspoonsesame oil
Instructions
Slice the bok choy in half lengthwise.
Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and lightly brush on both sides of the bok choy.
Place bok choy cut side down on a preheated outdoor grill or indoor grill pan. Grill for 1-2 minutes until leaves start to wilt and char marks appear on the side face down. Flip, brush with more of the sauce and grill on the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
Remove from grill, brush on any remaining sauce and serve immediately.
