Ingredients
FOR THE PEARS

firm pears
cut into thick slices

tablespoons
olive oil
1/2
teaspoon
cardamom
pinch
of salt
FOR THE RICOTTA BOWLS
1
cup
whole milk ricotta
fresh if you can find it
1
tablespoon
orange zest
1/4
cup
freshly squeezed orange juice
2
tablespoons
honey
plus more for serving
1/2
cup
Udi's gluten free cranberry granola
Instructions
FOR THE PEARS:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Toss pears with olive oil, cardamom and salt and spread out onto a baking sheet.
Roast for 10-12 minutes, flipping once. Remove from oven and let cool a few minutes.
FOR THE RICOTTA BOWLS:
Whisk the ricotta, orange zest, orange juice and honey together in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
Spoon the ricotta into 2 bowls, top with the roasted pears and sprinkle the granola on top. Drizzle with additional honey to serve.
