This chicken wing marinade is salty, sweet and sticky with a hint of spice.

It combines soy sauce (tamari), maple syrup, garlic, ginger, sriracha & lime.

Marinate the chicken wings in the mixture for 2-24 hours for maximum flavor.

Once marinated, transfer the wings to the oven to bake.

Baste them with the leftover marinade a few times while baking.

Then broil the last couple of minutes for ultra crispy skin.

Boil any leftover marinade in a sauce pot to make a dipping sauce or drizzle over the wings to serve.
