How to Make Roasted Squash Seeds

Roasted squash seeds are a delicious & easy fall snack!

And there's so many more options than just pumpkin seeds!

You can roast seeds from almost any winter squash.

Scoop out seeds, rinse & remove any attached flesh.

It's ok if a little is still attached.

Pat completely dry on towels.

Add to a bowl to coat with seasonings.

Use olive oil & any spices or herbs you like.

Spread the squash seeds out on a baking sheet in an even layer.

Then roast until dried & crispy!
