Kefir is a fermented dairy product similar to yogurt but pourable in texture.

It's packed with naturally occurring probiotics & a great healthy source of protein.

And it can easily be used to make ice cream with little effort.

If you enjoy frozen yogurt, you will LOVE kefir ice cream.

Combine plain or vanilla kefir with maple syrup and blend until frothy.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker & churn until a soft-serve consistency.

Add diced strawberries to the mixture & continue churning until incorporated.

Transfer to a freezer safe container to set for a couple of hours.
