Herbs, capers & citrus coat this striking sockeye salmon filet for a simple, healthy and delicious meal.

Use any mix of fresh herbs along with capers, garlic, salt & pepper to create a fine mince to coat the salmon.

Dot the top of the salmon with fresh citrus slices.

Bake in a 450°F oven.

Sockeye salmon which is less fatty than other varieties should never be cooked past medium to avoid drying it out.

This can be made with fresh or frozen (thawed) filets.
