This avocado pineapple smoothie bowl is packed full of superfoods for a healthy start to the day. The topping choices are endless!


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 tablespoon xanthan gum
  • 3-4 leaves mint
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • Topping options: sliced almonds, chia seeds, blackberries, hemp seeds, sliced kiwi, sliced bananas, edible flowers (pansies)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie into bowls and garnish with desired toppings.
