These peaches are stuffed with honey and goat cheese and dipped in dark chocolate. They’re an unbelievably tasty summer dessert.

These are pretty much the funkiest and most delicious combination of flavors I’ve ever tasted.

You could probably guess what all but 1 of the 7 ingredients are in these just by looking at them but it’s the one you can’t guess that makes it so weird and amazing at the same time.

Any guesses?

chocolate dipped peaches

Curry powder.

Mixed with goat cheese, in a peach that happens to be dipped in dark chocolate.

Seriously.

These were so freakishly delicious that after CrossFit last night when Ulysses wanted Rita’s, I happily skipped out to have these instead.

I saw Ashley’s post about these, read the title and thought “hmm…not sure about that”.

Ashley, I’m sorry. You’re a genius.

Original recipe: Dark Chocolate Coconut Dipped Peaches with Curry-Honey Mascarpone Filling

(I used goat cheese in place of the mascarpone)

If you’re still thinking this is just too weird of a combination though, try these more “traditional” air fryer peaches for dessert or just make chocolate dipped oranges instead. Can’t go wrong with either!
